BLUESCAPE
As on of the co-founders of Bluescape, Demian Entrekin led all phases of product development from concept through to market entry and market expansion. Demian was intimately involved in all aspects of company development, including product, sales and services.
Very active in client engagements, he worked closely with key customers and teams to support the implementation as well as to establish a high fidelity communication link between lighthouse customers and the product development process. It was a partnership approach.

In almost every case, Bluescape was a part of a larger digital transformation initiative. Whether the driving need was to improve communication, collaboration or innovation, change management was required. It was essential for Bluescape teams to work side-by-side with the customer's change management teams. In many cases, Bluescape allowed the organization to re-imagine how things got done. This kind of digital change impacted the most fundamental aspects of the business: team structure, workflows, digital asset management, meeting management, and more.

Working with customers and partners, Demian experienced what worked and what didn't work, and was able to translate these lessons into the methodology we call The Sublime Triangle. This methodology was born out of the hands-on experiences of implementing Bluescape in multiple industries, and it operates explicitly in the areas of team alignment, decision making and effective action.
